Lava Escape

Break Out: a match-and-pop puzzle with something always right behind you.

What it does

Tap groups of two or more matching tiles to pop them. Points move your character up, and the lava below speeds up in surges. Boosters (bombs, freezes, rockets, shields) and seven kinds of hazard keep each level different. There's a level mode and an endless mode.

How it's built

• One HTML file, plain JavaScript, with no images.
• Best scores are saved in the browser.
